15 Point Inspection
· Check thermostat operations
· Check operating pressures and temperatures
· Check temp. differential of return & supply air
· Check & flush accessible condensate drain & pan
· Check for visible signs of refrigerant leaks
· Check wire connections; high & low voltage
· Inspect relays and contactors
· Check and lube accessible moving parts
· Check blower wheels operation & cleanliness
· Inspect air filter
· Check voltage and amperage draw on motors
· Check refrigerant charge
· Check accessible coils for proper air flow
· Perform heating and cooling run test
· Supply customer with written documentation of inspection results. Explain system condition and inform customer of any necessary repairs.
